Those of us in the first generation of people that said "rad" might remember that brand of men's shorts called STUBBIES. Remember? Think way back to those pre-Fab Five days. My dad still wears his. Maybe I should snap a photo of my rad dad next time he mows the lawn. It borders on indecent exposure!
